Indian commitments on TB

Tuberculosis is a wind spread disease that has some misconception but it is generally observed spreading on basis of cough generated by a person affected with it. Naturally there are certain awareness tactics that are applied and the world Tb awareness day is celebrated on 24th of March evry year in response to it's virtual essence. Besides the biggest challenge of this disease is discrimination that is presented for the person affected by it which explains how badly it is misrepresented in the bigger populated nation like India. The first plan to aware, support and make cure possible was done in form of National Tb programme in India that begun back in 1962. However it was not enough to curtail the challenge and aware thus a different type of programme known as EPI was launched by the government back in 1978. Yet Indian government found it challenging to address issue like tb in health sector and wish to form more strong systematisation for which revision and reconsolidation for one more national programme was made possible in 1993. the most prominent state that took Tb as a serious disease is Tamilnadu that represented the solving process and has been working for resolution of this disease since 1960s. Besides in early 1990s it tried to find the majority campaign where it brought stake holders into process of producing strong medical supplies and made it the key investment to help in the health sector management. As the demand of leadership in medical world becomes urgency Tamilnadu has transformed from the country leder to global leader and there are great signs that it will fulfill the promise of Indian commitment for such air spreading disease. In modern consent the serious attempts to represent a case against TB began around 2006 in UPA government where local spread awareness campaign were prompted to make sure that people who are affected not be targetted under certain malfunctioning. In 2009 WHO tried to present a concern with presenting a report to Indian officials showing signs of TB getting worst in India as it's affected becomes social and medical victims both. In 2012 India finally came to attention of Tb and certain awareness campaign on large scale with request of international medical agencies were planned both on communicational protocols and culturally backward areas to settle the core. In recent times certain prominent bollywood faces also came in front promoting awareness on Tb and making sure that culturally backward areas do represent the poors who get suffered with it and face the stigma of it's presence. On 13th of March, 2018 the present Indian prime minister Narendra Modi tried to launch a campaign again on Tb promissing the world that India will try to settle the disease in it's country till 2025. Though it is not easy to sort such air spreading disease till 6 years remaining, certain protocols can be observed and if right practice against medical and social misrepresentation is solved it can surely come down as well. Indian commitments do have an influence in current world scenario with it's prominence rising and thus by it's request to other countries in the fight for such disease first time in September 2018 a premilinary protocol was passed in United Nations. Besides by agreement of World Health organisation, a certain declairation was passed known as 'Unite to end Tb' and it was also approved by certain signatories to help world recognise the impressions of TB and to help it's resolutions as a formal proceed for such pulminary and lung spreading disease. Yet India in it's uplift approach is still requiring a strong medical support when it comes to curing Tb and with it's potential to solve it, either by BCG to new born child or to spread medication to adult, the country may still require strong commitments for sure. The stigma of Tb with discrimination to people affected specially not nowing in which case it affects and in where not can still trigger strong hold in awareness for such a disease. India will have to also look for it's weker sectors, culturally backward areas and to make sure that such biases not come in front while in process of treatment. If right decisions are made by those who want to sort it out, equal character building aproach can be supported by TB survivers, and right demand of it's cure being done widely- It can certainly be cure and who knows India mighg achieve it's 2025 mission, Only it require is the right step forward at large...
