Why China believes in Indian free nuclear machinery?

It has been long since argued that while America was building a 'Fork niddle policy' for the New Economic order, It continued to ignore China, in which it has accumulated the role of the Third World Nations inclining India's role at the top most itself. China was shunted from proper business command even after the 'goodwill upset' done in Rajeev Gandhi's time in it's case, which had been more detiriated at Wen Zia Bao's time by the paraliberal policy of Indian trade towards China and open liberal trade by Americans in India, even The most terristric set back for China in the field of millitary transaction was when Hillary Clinton had dismissed it's proliferation in Shenghai-china fair trade in 2012; thus all in all it became an open challenge for China to understand that India's goodwill has been more prolific in relativity to the Westerners than it's own transition. IN this case the self sufficient movement of China not only ganed momentum, but it also collaseled any chances of the Westerners to interfair in it's own policy- which as China believed was to gain strength in it's own provintial zones, so it can ultimately reach to a better stage in the Asian giants' race- but now as very few scholars might had thought of China's self defence will for it's own grantage, it has been proved that China was decisive to break down shatters for India in the termms of security through any means it could lead, even encouraging North Korea against South Korea, so India could not persuade South Korea for Uranium production as well as convincing Australia and Switzerland through threatening to close down it's vast majority markets in both countries- thus this own self defence self-made technology was no more than the cross-policy to challenge India's existence in the race of Nuclear weapons, which should be discussed here. However, as in the case of the Nuclear provisions for India in the context of Asian developments- before we come to think of China's will for India-free nuclear world, we shall discuss China's own provision in field of Nuclear propaganda as wel which will help to explain it's legality for the same. China had been deeply involved in helping Uzbekistan in developing sensefree radar systems through volume cable technology, which has not been allowed to be done for the separated nations of contemporary Soviet Russia; It not only helping Tazakistan to extend their soul provisions in contingentment, but It has bprovide regular nuclear packages to North Korea to expand it's power in the extention of Indian Ocean protectorate- Thus these both three examples refer that China is working against the bonding of the policies obtained by the worldwide organisation in hiding itself- However we shall discuss it briefly here, Let's come back to the point that why China want India-free nuclear subway, which is key. Now, coming to the quest itself- why China wants India-free nuclear machinery? The situations closing in on China with pressure of trade and political convention around the SAARC are going to make challenges for it's own forth coming future, whereas it's anger on the present Indian government is hidden, but There is no dout it will be released soon and thus we can acceed the possibility that China is soon wishing to block India's concensus on the nuclear race, this is only we can hope from China, but still it's experties are less-reflexive than they used to be, thus there is not too much to worry from them for India at large. The only idea we can hope for is that China might get soften for India's competition in the Nuclear Supply Group, because it's policies are not so conspirotarial as they were before the Present government holding it's office in China, so we can finally expect India to come to a better stage competing China, still we need to understand Why China wants india-free nuclear race, without it India can't enter into the group...
