India is a vast democracy and it has witnessed a rapid upswing in it's political authority and it's legal tendencies, however the reputation of the social justice has been always a quest for the ultimate sumbiference of the political authority, the existence of the world's biggest democracy is something which can certainly appraise ourselves at the form and reputation around the world with it's genuine prestige, it is believed that on 26th of november-1949, we had the foundation of the law and order in India, in short we have the great honour to celebrate the constitution day with it's remembrrence to legends like dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar, who were a great legal designer and help in the dynamic outflow of particular prospect of the social justice under the creation of the drafting of the constitution which supported the proper majoritarian democracy in a nation-state like India itself. In the preference to the law and order of the political democracy like India, however it won't be a particular dimention to give credit only to Ambedkar sahab- however there is no anticlimax to acknowledge his greatness to supress the urge of discomfort in the making of the Inian constitution, but when we think of the constitution day, we shall remark that how it all happened after the act of 1935 was totally dislodged by the Indian government, however this a very small point to remember lord Mountbaten and his contemporary representatives- let us very briefly imagine that what shall a constitutionalise maker would expect from us, when we think of the constitution day and it's remembrence- I know that we are very less-abled to explain that what a person can do once he or she is in the indian constitutional diaframe, but what we are ready to advice, how weak this law and order is even it has still able to continue the power of exiution which is disflamed around the world and it continue to practice. Law and order are two initial parts of our social design, they not only give us power to rule, but they also give us power to regulat,e but it doesn't symbolise that we shall only rule, we shall have to extend hearts of all cultures and help us to understand what violation of social justice meant to us, i am sure that Ambedkar sahab had surely wanted that his nation won't collapse under burdon of social injustice and drafting of illegal metaphors in his own nation- thus we shall have to realise the social construct of our law and order and in such way we shall be able to think how the constitution of our country help us to actually become the real citizens of India itself, which shall be effective to measure that how great our nationhood supplicate to us and in what way it's actual majority help us to justify that we are real citizens of India working for it's reality and decisiveness to continue world's biggest democracy forever itself.. What is most essential on understanding our constitution is that we shall not defame it by saying that it was creation of the outer constitutions around the world first- so we can assume the class of the constitutionalists, the fact is that when the debates were forming around the making of the constitution- we were gone through the western thought and so we went through the eastern school of thought, including all great constitutionalists putting up their courageous ideology into action- in this face of time, we came to understand that the constitution of India only witnessed the fact of similarity of thoughts between the constitutionalists and the sellection they took from the western approach- that they were able to count what roles such certain rights can play and thus in this form, on the greatness of the constitutionalism, we shall always remember that citizens ofIndia respect the constitution of India and help in the proper legal ethnicity so we can actually have a proper India. In the light of what happening in present, we shall keep the notion of diversity under the notion and as well as equal tolerence in the means of the social justice, so we can ultimately understand the existence of justice for security of social freedom- thus in such forms we can keep ourselves equal up to the diplomacy of the law and it's performability, that we can actually live even if an intolerent India is being challenged by the outer-currents from the borders so we can live properly. this could be the only hope the contemporary constitutionalists should have looked on us and we deserve to fulfill the same, so we can actually be proper citizens...
