Author of the year finalist 2022

This award is presented by NE8x official to prominent authors, writers or people who are skilled in their  field once they are selected for a yearly cycle with their most popular book in the year running. 

The award contains a gold medal, a framed memento with author’s name and a certificate to honour their performance, growth and  talent in the writing field to showcase their present status in the writing world and uplift them  to larger scale of writing society by showing their contribution to the field 

Saurabh pant is a visually impaired author who was born on 4th of April 1994 in Nainital, a beautiful hill station of Uttarakhand and he has contributed to the field with more than 120 writing works and has decent growth. 

His book titled ‘Thoughts beyond measure’ that was published by Lab Academia in January 2020 was selected by the Lit fest team of NE8x official to consider him as a challenger and participate for the yearly cycle. 

The author had no idea how far he would go, but when he was  nominated and presented with Tagore commemorative in May 2022, he felt this could lead to something. The lit fest team asked him to record an introductory video and also asked for reviews on the work which he shared with images. 

The process continued as they dwell deep and with great heart helped him get  name through social media, various platforms and kept him updated via mail on the schemes they offer and how things were going round. 

Finally in January, the cycle has completed and a list of those who have reached the preliminary round has come. When the author checked the  list of  100 writers his name wasn’t there. But the  lit fest team confirmed that the final round list has to come and he has  gone up to the higher round and he should wait patiently. 

After all the procedure to go through and approval from the jury members, it was a proud day on 23rd of march 2023 when final form submission came and Saurabh pant became Author of the year finalist with 2,50,800 votes in  his favour. They took the address to dispatch the award and Mr. Pant requested them to send it to Priya di’s place to celebrate the moment. 

The yearly cycle has summed up and new writers would be honoured, but Mr. Pant waited for the award to come home. In the month of October he asked Priya di to send it to his home and now everyone became part of the joy of his glory and influence.

5 years to Decisions of heart

This book is a vivid piece of work by Indian author Saurabh Pant that was officially published on11th of october, 2018 from Lulu Publisher Inc from the United States as an ebook in Epub format. 

The work is a bit unique as it is not based on nature or political themes to which people are more associated when it comes to the author and it focuses on romantic poetry as a genre with its own concerns on the essence of love. 

The work has been dedicated to pangs and the recovery element after any person gets used to feeling called love and has been well received by the Indian review community with perfect feedback. 

The work also got  featured in certain Central asian digital  libraries in the course of the last 5 years and has been appreciated by world review groups due to its influence  specially by  those who focus on nature remedy and emotional therapies as a philosophical narrative. 

On this day when it completes 5 years, the author is gratified to parents and family, author team with everyone involved, distribution groups and review teams, everyone who has appreciated it and he is hopeful that the work would continue to expand further.

9 years of Indian writing completed

Every person dreams to do something, steps that can bring him or her joy and when it becomes a glory to celebrate, he or she is properly recognised. 

With the arrival of technology, writing skills are far better appreciated and for Mr. Pant when he entered, it was  certainly  new as he rose at a time when it was taking new shapes within society. 

After learning braille and known for his braille writing, he was encouraged to  go into digital or other forms of writing by his school teachers. In college days he succeeded to stand for inclusive stands and contributed to print  magazines. 

When on 23rd of September, 2014 he managed to publish the first work of his life, it was something to thrill for him. This is where  his journey began and it has completed 9 years today. 

Besides his efforts in global writing, In India he has  also done fair efforts. He was recognised by his state and has regularly worked for a lot of content writing platforms in different fields of writing with his legal content mostly known. 

Besides Affection never dies, he has published Thoughts beyond measure from lab Academia and Rage of marine titans to show his Indian  stretch. 

He has also got huge response on his ebooks both on Amazon Indian store and goodreads platforms by INdian reviewers for  which he is gratified. In 2022 he also started to contribute for Cosmoclan and he regularly gives interviews to Indian web platforms both in audio and text. 

ON this day when the  author completes 9 years in the Indian circle, he is thankful to parents and family, all the nationwide reader base, technical  support by all teams and everyone who is involved. 

He is also  gratified by the Ne8X official team for honouring him with Tagore commemorative and author of the year finalist  award and he hopes to  continue his journey with a lot more to come.

4 years to Warming Fumes

This book is a vivid piece of work by Indian author Saurabh Pant that was published on 5th of september 2019   as an ebook from Lulu publisher Inc from the United States in Epub format as a digital work. 

The work generally focuses on nature as a core element in the poetry  genre of literature and is somehow considered as an updated work of ‘Warming boom’ but has more poems on similar topics that is collectively a message on global warming. 

The work has got a decent response round of 4 years as it was well distributed in worldwide stores and has also got  quality ratings on  amazon and Goodreads with its new editions also available. 

The work was also  appreciated by  ASag India portal  in the past where a Josh video was also done with author interviews on work and around the world it is well enjoyed by readers in the form of a nature work in the field of  poetry. 

On the day when it completed 4 years in running, the author felt joyous and gratified for all the efforts done so he is thankful to parents and family, author team with all members, distribution channels with promotion team and he hopes that the work   should continue to spread the message of nature safety around the world.

Death quota of Kota factory

Our nation comprises a lot of institutes that not only stand up with eminence, but they also charge high fees. However parents do send their children in hope that such   places would help enable a much better scope with possibility of success. 

In recent times, the race to become the best has changed an entire course, as students are put into great pressure and  the way they are going to get a job is hardly of any concern for these institutes  now. 

One such example comes in the form of the Kota factory that is well renowned for its standards. However facts are speaking differently if we look at the round figure. Around 20 lakhs students try for Neet and around 10  lakhs in JEE but the success rate is very low. ONly 0.7% of students are able to secure possible jobs and they are not going to get the perfect one. 

However, in India such institutes also  have their tie up to global places. Lot of interns get trial work sessions that are paid with countries like Germany or Russia which are not safe and such internships are limited for certain months in such places. This trial practice for a certain time and just with a single diploma and  global appreciation is not going to get a job. 

 It certainly raises a huge pressure and also results in  stress that can lead to serious effects. The current stage is that Kota factory is regularly facing suicides. There  are a lot of reasons due to which this may happen, but lack of awareness of mental  stress is the core one and it has to be fixed. 

It is time the government sees it and tries to address it or it will be late. We don’t want such an issue to become a huge one so we need to act now. There are other technical  places that are facing deaths in such a form, but Kota is renowned and this must be settled first. 

We have to stand with those who are put into such pressure to take such a serious step and stop them from doing it.
