What is Indian higher education all about?

Let's discuss the basic fundamentals of the Indian higher education on the grounds of the realist model of Indian Educational system- As in the case, A student generally has to pass matriculation and then have to go to intermediate schooling up to 12th grade, which means across 14 years education counting english medium aptitutes in the fundamental educational system of India, thereby Let me put forward three general points which help in understanding the Indian higher educational model itself: Firstly, The Indian higher educational model demands of sellection on the basis of merit scored at the intermediate level or at the matriculation level, whereas there is reservation for certain quota, but they are expected to have matriculation qualification formally. secondly, The Indian higher education model believes in the provintial treatment of people, according to their educational strength on the basis of their certain fields, which meant that they are openly available to choose subjects accordingly. thirdly or Finally, The Indian Higher education system demands active participation of the people in the extra caricular activities and there are special quotas as well for the admission, thus the fame of the University also become a significant mode of interaction for the students growing up in such scenarios- In all sense, the Indian Higher education system tries to boost up the Youths of India, so they can at least become flexible and equally communicative through their field chosen for their future and their decision making, thus one plus fact we can take before discussing the idea of the 'ideal higher education model anywhere' here is that the decision making qualification of these lads is extraordinary according to their respective fields, thus they become unique as an Indian citizen at large...
