Oslo- The city of calm

It was first of all great for the whole team through two changed flights to arrive in the early afternoon of 31st of January ahead of the quiz tournament that will take place from 2nd to 5th Feb, 2019. Oslo is the great city to watch for, has some great warcraft and cultural history, and the spearhead in essence of Scandenavia it attracts you with all it's deep natural and cultural essence. Thus when we as team reached the city via air, we were greatly welcomed and the organising team for our cuntry by the Norwegian blind Committee came to the airport and received us well. From there on we were taken through their own lemousine and we were asked to have a quick brunch before seating ourselves in the vehicle to travel to the place where the tournament shall proceed. Generally as a captain it is my duty to introduce the other members of the team and it's coach sir duty to introduce our team which we did at first while all things were in arrangement for the short brunch in process that included coffee, cup cakes and vegetarian burger. Once that was done and we had our tastes, we settled in the back seats of the Lemousine and were taken to 1 hour great ride to reach the place that is on centre stage of the attention in February 2019. We were getting closer to the cuntry side as Oslo is also a municipality and as we crossed we got to catch some local Scandenavian music and shrill calls of the nature through our ears which was great to ears and we fell great comfort while seated with great relief with our jackets and gloves on. We were told of the heating arrangements by the organisers from the front seats and our smiles increased feeling happy to be part of such great functioning with equal organiser's support. Finally after 1 hour there we were and it was now going to be a great experience next few days at the place to be found on and make the mark for the country. though before all that is going to come through, We have planned as team to visit some local hot spots on 1st of February which we informed to the arranging team of transport and they waved their hands gesturing that they should ready and pleased to accompany as service. Finally the rooms were shown to the team- with the couple in 1 room, other 3 boys in another one, 1 for the coach with management staff and one ofcourse as captain quarters for myself. We changed into our local dresses, thanked the organisers for the services and opened the hot blowing system for heat comfort sitting and planning for the next day forward. Once that was done i was told by the managing staff that some old experts who know me through Ebook Norway want to greet me personally and thus leaving my team to enjoy I stepped out in the late afternoon sun and went towards them feeling at home at large. What I am sure as captain that this place may not be familiar but it will give equal comfort to all those who have come here to play and show their skills as visually impaired fellow and thinking that I turned away meeting more Captains from the teams who have already come from the respective countries and stopping only to inform where I was going so early. I headed to the offices of my Ebook portals where they know me well, Thus I shook hands with them, told them of my major purposes and with their assured wishes came out spending more time with country captains who knew me best talking and chattering about better performances in this tournament. As evening came through I had come back to my team quarters, told them all what has been accomplished and also fiercely asked them to be prepared for the countries they know like me. Thus Oslow is a city of calm and while having my evening vegetarian meals I finally started to feel that there is certainly going to be a great experience in this beautiful place by all means and I thanked the lord turning to my room and giving word to the team for the next day trip in virtual spirits and with smiles all around it was the day called at last...

Expectations from Indian VI team in Oslow Quiz 2019

Since India started it's glory moments in international quizzing in Visually impaired background back in 2015, it has not looked back about the challenges, problems or issue or to contain out communal harmony or cultural responses to the regular performances done by the team under leadership of Saurabh pant who is greatly guided by coach R. Ranganathan sir as team coach and the vice captain Nandi Amolkar with her husband Satish shrivastava looking after certain finances of travel whenever necessary for the team and hence a great management also comes to the fourfront for the country's generous success. Normally it is expected from India whenever now they go on to participate in such tournament that they do take responsibilities of rising the country's flag to pride and make it an impetus to celebrate. Though there ar certain social elemments who not understand their tendencies, but besides the response have been great that makes them happy and regularly in touch for tournament and it's practice and performances round the clock. In 2018 Saurabh led India to victory in 2 big tournament that included the BRICS culture quiz in south Africa and the Scott stardom tournament in Scotland and hence the enthusiasm of the team is very high after such responses to play and face off the tournament rising ahead. it is a basic understanding amongst the whole team that Norway will be cold and thus they would require special concerns of their health for which the medical staff has been assigned at first to look after and arrangements for every team by the Norwegian committee for the Blind are assured which make things more impressive. As a general routine India as team had started their quiz training back from 6th of January 2019 and it shall go on till 31st morning, the day when they have to travel, And till then the team's whole focus is to study certain countries who are participating and observe their tactics by studying their patterns online thus they practice in more speed as the ocasion comes closer. Generally according to Captain and the vice captain, the new teams who would face off are not big threats but the teams who have been champions earlier can make the challenge. Both do agree about the potential of Norway, finland an Denmark and the home benefits they have from the place is they stand for as vital teams. Besides facing Japan back in previous years in knock out stages both know that they don't give up easily and hence both are considering strong presentations to lead forward soon as they will come to take on the challenge while participating in such a great platform. In this way the expectations are surely on the boost and besides them the whole team know how to apply for which they are on the core and willing to perform best which should soon come to know whether or not once the tournament starts. What is generally expected that India will do well in such tournament where they are going to take part first time and shall make their presence felt. No dout Saurabh is already known in the country through his digital writing commitments but he would also like to make his presence felt in quizzing and more expectations and pressure comes up on his shoulders. Besides Nandi is also famous as a group presenter in Norway but she would like to make an impressive position for herself. What can be expected from 3 younger players that they should take on the chance and have spot on impact in the knock out round if India reaches there specially in case of buzzle, whistlers and sparking sound questions. Ultimately it is a general environment that they should try to do their best and make an impact for themselves. All eyes on their performances now and the wait for the Tournament is gradualy coming closer, but before 2nd of February comes by when the tournament starts, there are still some training left, more work to do and some meetings that would be decisive. The management have to maintain it's grip making balance and the spirit of sports should be the main focus of the captain with his team as he has always said before. All can be expected that in whatever way possible India should be proud by their performances as visually impaired and shower wishes as they go on to represent the country in one more quiz tournament, for now all is on their shoulders to plan as well as execute, till then enjoy all...

The Oslow Grand Quiz 2019

This quiz tournament first came to existence in 1995 by hard commitments of Jork Vlakven and tom-O Maldei who both were professional visually impaired greats of Norway and wished to commit for greatness, valour and cultural balance of the visually impaired people and students across the world. As a common approach in beginning the quiz was limited to Scandenavia but as the time processed from 2003 it became available for all the countries who could participate and normaly as rules the countries willing to participate must have won an international quiz tournament in the previous 2 years to be part of such tournament. Generally as the time went on its organising possibilities also shifted and from only 2 committed hard working and dashing mind it went into the hands of the Norway government and it's Social justice and empowerment ministry to organise it with support of the International Quiz federation and the norwegian Committee of the blind that made it an official tournament and hence it's influence became more popular with it's proceedings expanding culturally around. As far it's galantary history is concerned, Norway has been the professional team that is popular in this tournament but besides finland and Denmark has also won it on certain ocasion with Finland winning it in 2007 and Denmark in 2011 with great cultural responses from their visually impaired performers. The only single time when a non european country had won the tournament has been in 2015 when the Asiatic team of Japan was able to manage the victory defeating netherlands in the finals and it was a historic moment for Asian team to make themselves proud by taking inspiration from the intellectual country like Japan. In this way with it's historic legacy, influence for the visually impaired people and it's cultural significance, this year when it will go on from 2nd to 5th February 2019 in Norway's capital Oslow it will again be great moments to cherish and another hope for those all who participate in the quiz tournaments around. This year around 40 countries from all 6 continents with their visually impaired tallent are going to participate in the quiz tournament and as its winter time in Norway the chilly conditions will be most challenging besides all the competition for which the Norwegian committee of blind has made their own heat supplemennts and arrangements. In these all 40 teams india has this time also got the proud chance to be part of this tournament and make it through. After having the glory of Scott Stardom tournament 2nd time back in September 2018 India is in great touch under leadership of Saurabh pant as a visually impaired and the vice captain nandi Amolkar, right strength Prasang Vajpai, left striker Maneesh Trivedi and the centre mike forward Divyam patani who all are in fresh mood to make mark. In this way it would be surely going to be a cracker with all the teams proceeding to the four front and making it an impressive one. As basic rules are concerned, the tournament shall proceed with the Braille round in which certain countries on their best and lowest should be selected and disqualified in the first move. After the braille round has been touched down twice, on the next day the digital round will commence in which around 32 teams should be on the go with screen reader software in access and answers typed on the quiz files with their accurate responses. again after strong marking an analyses of the jury pannel, 16 teams should have to leave home due to their lower score card and the other 16 countries should go on to face the knock outs. From there on it will become on stage competition with knock out match proceeding forward where the teams should have to go on stage and answer the quiz questions on basis of buzzle, whistle and rapid fire sequence and the best should prod forward. Once the quarters are done, on the last day Semi finals and the finals should make through which will also be procession through mikes and that shall be the final result of the tournament. Thus it is a great tournament coming through, an impressive memory to be part of. Thence India with all other countries look forward to represent the memorable experience in cold Oslow hoping to set new standards; the expectations from the team shall come in next article, Till then Cheers from Charlie...

Asian Winds as Ebook on Lulu

This book was published first in print through support of Dublin poetry forum by Poetry Ireland in July 2018 and was greatly appreciated by all readers in print form. But the publisher wanted to make sure that the digital technology also take it part and after taking the royalty back in October 2018 it was discussed that Mr. pant should plan a way forward by which the work can be brought as an Ebook in it's prime impression. For this he did suggest Lulu where he has published his works as ebook and the publisher also agreed recognising the prominence and impact of the publisher to which Mr. pant belongs as a digital author. A short press release was issued by the central press command of the publisher in Belfast and there it was agreed first in october 2018 that an Ebook titled same should be published. Though it was based on that there Mr. pant should add few more poems to certain topics inside the book to make it equally prominent. After certain discussions Mr. pant agreed to all formalities and proceeded in early January 2019 to make the impact in which he decided to add more poems in the early 4 chapters and also to present an Introductory chapter which he has not submitted in the print book itself back in July 2018 which would now be featuring around. The chapter like China-the key sentiment was elated with 4 more poems that were based on Sino-Indian relations and the other three chapters like 'Hindu fear in Bangladesh', 'Pakistan Border problem' and 'Dominal masks in Philippines' had 2-2-2 poems added respectively for the progress of the work. In the Ebook Mr. pant also added certain online links without which the Ebook can't proceed and he made sure that those must be links of other virtual online portals rather than his previous ebook that would count for the virtual process. Once assuring that all photos are covered, showing them to Gordan Johns and Ayana Roberts who both agreed, and proceeding through he got sure to work on to make the mark. By such process he was planning right, created the headings of the chapters through the word tool on Microsoft and Then felt elated to bring it soon on Lulu as an ebook around. Around 4 days before the arrival of Ebook on lulu, he visited the website, logged in with his team details and created the ISBN for the Ebook and shared the news on social media which was welcoemd with great relief and cheers around his supporters. Once that was done he then proceeded on 14th night according to Indian time to submit the E file first and though he had some worries, the Ebook's doc file was submitted with equal great response and was accepted for which his head coach also got elated. And thence the proceedings were tkane to core now and the last step was not far now when the ebook would be arriving on Lulu. On 15th of January 2019 when the local Kumauni people were busy cooking home made cookies and sweets for the local festival called 'Kalle Kawwa', Mr. Pant took advantage and started the process of all the formalities required on the lulu website. There the information was received well and he was finally able to creat the Ebook which he downloaded and shared its link as well as photo on the social media forum by which his supporters also got delighted. It was great news for him and sending a print note to Publisher 'Poetry ireland; where the work was first published; they were also informed who felt very happy to see it through and arranged an official party at their place. By all means it was a great news, Mr. pant and his support staff was delighted and family had great support for which he was gratified by their blessings and he has one more Ebook on Lulu now that makes it 9 in total with 4 co authored works also. Now he look forward to February when he will be introduced to Smashwords through his coach as they go for Co-author work, Till then it's cheers from charlie...

Raise voices for Nainital's environment

In recent times the city has lost it's environmental strength, seasons are not going as they had been, and there is no routine to the valour this city once had in it's virtual approach as well as cultural stature through such strong environment. Thus it is on the verge that Nainital has been witnessing change of environment that requires attention, not only by those who work for it's safety but also by those who can contribute in social sense that can help it's environment become more stronger coming back to it's ultimate purity. Therefore experts not only but all have to come in front to save it in it's ultimate face so assurance for natural essence of Nainital can continue in it's virtual position as well as prominence for longer time. The trouble is that those who want it to be saved are themselves behind this reality where they still not realise that they have damage their natural environment by enhancing their own economic and social positions. If voices can be raised, people can commit, and things can be established on stronghold it will come to strong stand by which a prominent step can be taken that can be healthy both for citizens as well as natural strength of the city through which The environment can be saved. And it can only be done through protecting trees and not only saving them from being cut but also growing more of them which will state the future of this city in it's natural fate if right commitments are managed to grow more trees as well as save them from cutting out in large numbers...

Save trees for beauty of Nainital

Many tourists who come to this city admire the beauty it possess and yet when they return they are known to destroy the environment culture this place has. Though they are not the only one and there are certain groups behind the scene living in the city itself that are wounding it's own premises and making the city wreck by their lack of environmental contribution yet they are not clear in approach and not recognise what they have done. This they do by cutting trees for their economic purposes and not the means to survival that is critical for beauty of this city. However, Those who earn great monetary means, heavy trafic and popularity, as well as their cultural dignity do not remember the reason for which people come to Nainital and have great cultural joy which they are destroying by their own hands. They must stand to protect the trees otherwise it is no dout that the city will not only loose it's heritage but also struggle to exist if it is crumpled with trees cut into such heavy numbers. Hence stand tall, come with cause to save trees and if you all are able to make it possible then we can still conserve the beauty of our city...

Cultural slashes give bigger wounds

Such hills always hide their tendencies to use nature and make it a proficient measurement whenever they wish to have financial and monetary benefits. They are also experts in misuse of trees by cutting them for such religious or cultural purpose and hardly any voice against them, either social or cultural in community is applied, by their known ones. This is the tradition which is not required and yet it comes to their hand where they like to do so and nobody is there to stop them committing in such deeds though morally they are never correct as well as violate the natural law. The reality behind such business or tendency is that cultural slashes give bigger wounds to nature and hurt the existence of environment that deteriates due to such commitments of cutting the natural lives or destroying them for their own cause of existence. Yet the threat that is behind the frozen scheme is that till the mountain come down and smash back, hardly any commitment comes by as it does hinge human life due to which citizens awake or without it coming problems are not considered when they are natural in context. Ultimately people don't understand, how vital this environmental factor is for the society, and once that happpen through they again start to cut more trees in name of sacrifice to the environment which has no sense at all. And ultimately in such ways they continue to wound the natural heritage of hills in the glorius city like Nainital that wants to be sorted out by which the city can still exist and could have longer conservation stature...

Two minded approach is not healthy

In certain places authorities are appointed who look toward the forests as their own connected imprints and to make sure that they are conserved rightly. Hence these forest guards are expected to cooperate in their safety so they can contribute for more in it's conservation while trying to save them from those who misuse forests for economic and political purposes. Such type of approach is right in it's virtual goal but there are certain lapse it has by which 2 measures of thinking has gained prominence that effects the naturall status of certain hilly cities. Though there is a certain two minded approach that has gathered pace in the hill stations like Nainital where these forest guards promise to come to affect and also cut trees in heavy numbers. This they virtually contribute for their own purpose specially in winter's context to become wealthy and have more financial gains as in such weather cut trees are vitally brought into use for fires that is utilised in various ways. Thence such situation of the aproach they are known for is not healthy for the environment of the city and it's regional natural prospects. By such mechanism it is certainly damaging it's environmental prosperity in all ways that needs to be brought into light and assure the city's virtual environment so it's future can be restored to safety...
